Hope continues to split her time between the American Historical Association and the Urban History Association. In her work at the AHA, which is grant funded and scheduled to end next spring, Hope coordinates efforts related to the Career Diversity for Historians Initiative. Her work at the UHA, where she is Executive Director, is a bit more varied. She's currently celebrating the successful culmination of the UHA's Urban History Month-- a month-long series of online panels, workshops, and discussions organized to highlight new scholarship and foster new connections and collaborations among participants. She's looking forward to some time off at the end of the month, and, in early January, the AHA's annual meeting in New Orleans. |
